Cancellation policy:

Therapet has a 24-hour cancellation policy.  A payment of $25 will be taken at the time 

of booking and will be discounted once full payment has been made. 

Should a no-show occur, your deposit would, unfortunately, be forfeited. 

If you arrive late to your appointment the therapist will work until your allocated time                                 

has finished. 

We run a very fair service, but we do have to stay as close to schedule as possible to be fair to all of our clients that have booked also. 

If changes are made outside of the 24 hour window your deposit will be forfeited. 

 We are not veterinarians and do not diagnose any conditions, perform surgery or prescribe medications .Muscle therapy is not a replacement for proper veterinary care and any injury or disease must be medically diagnosed and treated by a veterinarian.
